"As a person who is terrified of needles, I was not excited about my wife's recommendation to try acupuncture for relief of the arthritic pain in my thumbs. After I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle the resulting neck injury and pain prompted me to finally consult with Dr. Valletta. "Dr Valletta is exceedingly caring and committed to her patients. Over the past 4 years she has treated me for various sports related injuries/repetitive stress in multiple joints and muscles. I suffered with shoulder and elbow pain for months and after only 3 acupuncture treatments the pain was gone completely and my mobility fully restored! After experiencing muscular hip pain, during which I could barely walk, she again healed me. Most recently, I was diagnosed with exceedingly painful and debilitating De Quervain's tenosynovitis in my wrist/thumb. Again, after only 5 treatments, Dr. Valletta has led me to a full recovery.
